Who can rent a studio apartment at Saski Point?
Saski Point offers its premises to adults (who hold an ID card or a passport) – both students and private persons.
What conditions do I have to meet to rent a studio in a dormitory?

How long is the rental period?
Rental period lasts 12 months. Rent for the last two months is 50% lower.

Apartment fees
What is the price of renting a 1-person studio?
Rent: 2 250 PLN per month.
Deposit: 1 500 PLN.
What is the price of renting a 2-person studio?
Rent: 2 700 PLN per month for 2 tenants, 2 400 PLN for 1 tenant.
Deposit for 2 tenants: 3 000 PLN, for 1 tenant: 1 500 PLN.
Organization and logistics
Are the apartments furnished? What accessories are available?
The kitchenette and the room are furnished. You will find kitchen furniture, a fridge, an electric hob. The room is fitted with a bed (or beds), wardrobes, cupboards, a desk, a table, and chairs.
Is there internet access in the room? If so, is it included in the rent?
Our facility has free high-speed wireless internet access.
What do I need to equip my room with?
You must have your own kitchen items, your own bed linen, and towels. You can buy the Starter Package in our dormitory.
Are there any common areas in the dormitory such as kitchen, bathroom, laundry room?
Each room is equipped with a private kitchenette and bathroom and in the common areas you will find:
– a fitness facility
– a work & chillout zone
– a self-service laundry
– a bicycle storage room
Does the dormitory have any parking spaces?
Yes, there are parking spaces in the underground garage.
How close are grocery stores, restaurants, libraries, and other amenities?
The dormitory is right in the center of Lublin, so you can reach all of these places on foot.
Is there a security system available in the dormitory, such as monitoring or security guard services?
The facility is open 24/7, we provide round-the-clock security.
What are the rules for keeping the dormitory clean and tidy?
The common areas are cleaned by a professional cleaning company. Cleaning services are included in the rent.
