  1. Definitions
    1. User – is an entity for whom, in accordance with the provisions of law, electronic services may be provided or with whom an Agreement for the provision of electronic services may be concluded.
    2. Device – is an electronic device through which the User gains access to the Website.
    3.     6. Administrator’s proprietary cookies – are the Cookies placed by the Administrator for the purposes of provision of electronic services by the Administrator via the Website.

  2. Types of Cookies used
    1. Cookies used by the Administrator are safe for the User’s Device. In particular, it is not possible for viruses or other unwanted software or malware to enter the Users’ Devices through Cookies. These files allow to identify the software used by the User and customize the website individually for each User. Cookies usually contain the name of the domain they come from, the time of their storage on the Device and the assigned value.

Ending the session of a given browser or turning off the Device does not delete them from the User’s Device. The mechanism does not allow persistent cookies to retrieve any personal data or any confidential information from the User’s Device.

  4. Possibilities to determine the conditions of storage and access by Cookies
    1. The User has the option of limiting or disabling the access of cookies to his Device. In such case, the use of the website will be possible, except for the functions that by their nature require cookies.

    1. Information about some user behavior is logged in the server layer.
    2. These data are used only to manage the website and to ensure the most efficient handling of the hosting services provided.

Moreover, the following data may be recorded: time of the request arrival, time of sending the response, name of the client station – identification carried out by the HTTP protocol, information about errors that occurred during the implementation of the HTTP transaction, URL address of the page previously visited by the user (the referrer)  –  if the website was accessed via a link, information about the user’s browser, information about the IP address.

    2. Data enabling the identification of a natural person are made available only with the consent of that person.
    3. The Administrator may be required to provide information collected by the Website to authorized bodies on the basis of lawful requests, but to the extent resulting from the request.
