  1. Definitions
    1. User – is an entity for whom, in accordance with the provisions of law, electronic services may be provided or with whom an Agreement for the provision of electronic services may be concluded.
    2. Device – is an electronic device through which the User gains access to the Website.
    3. Administrator – Żagiel Dom sp. z o.o., ul. 1-go Maja 25, 20-410 Lublin, National Court Register Entry Number (KRS): 0000129919, Taxpayer Identification Number (NIP): 946-20-92-892, National Business Registry Number (Regon): 430890647, Share capital: 3 164 000,00 PLN, District Court Lublin-Wschód in Lublin with its seat in Świdnik, VI Commercial Division of the National Court Register; The Administrator provides services and stores and accesses information in the User’s devices.
    4. Website – the website or application under which the Administrator manages: saski-point.pl
    5. Cookies – IT data in the form of small text files, saved and stored on devices through which the User accesses the Website.
    6. Administrator’s proprietary cookies – are the Cookies placed by the Administrator for the purposes of provision of electronic services by the Administrator via the Website.
    7. External (third-party) cookies – are the Cookies placed by the Administrator’s partners via the Website.
  2. Types of Cookies used
    1. Cookies used by the Administrator are safe for the User’s Device. In particular, it is not possible for viruses or other unwanted software or malware to enter the Users’ Devices through Cookies. These files allow to identify the software used by the User and customize the website individually for each User. Cookies usually contain the name of the domain they come from, the time of their storage on the Device and the assigned value.
    2. The Administrator uses the following types of cookies:
      1. Session cookies: they are stored on the User’s Device and remain there until the end of the browser session. The saved information is then permanently deleted from the Device’s memory.  The mechanism does not allow the session cookies to retrieve any personal data or any confidential information from the User’s Device.
      2. Persistent cookies: they are stored on the User’s Device and remain there until they are deleted. Ending the session of a given browser or turning off the Device does not delete them from the User’s Device. The mechanism does not allow persistent cookies to retrieve any personal data or any confidential information from the User’s Device.   
  3. Purposes for which the Administrator may use Cookies
    1. The Administrator may use Proprietary Cookies for the following purposes:
      1. analysis and research as well as audience audit
      2. creating anonymous statistics that help to understand how the Website Users use the Website, which allows to improve its structure and content;
      3. ensuring the security and reliability of the Website
    2. The service administrator uses External Cookies for the following purposes:
      1. collecting general and anonymous static data via analytical tools – Google Analytics [the administrator of cookies: Google Inc. with the registered office in the USA]
      2. presenting advertisements tailored to the User’s preferences, using the online advertising tools such as Google AdWords and Facebook Ads.
      3. using interactive functions to popularize the website in social media.

  4. Possibilities to determine the conditions of storage and access by Cookies
    1. The User has the option of limiting or disabling the access of cookies to his Device. In such case, the use of the website will be possible, except for the functions that by their nature require cookies.
    2. Most web browsers available on the market accept Cookies by default. Everyone has the option of specifying the terms of using cookies through the settings of their own web browser. This means that one can, for example, partially limit (e.g., temporarily) or completely disable saving Cookies.
    3. The web browser settings regarding Cookies are important in view of the consent to the use of Cookies by the Website – in accordance with the regulations, such consent may also be expressed through the settings of the web browser.     1. The administrator collects information provided voluntarily by the user.
    2. The data in an on-line form are not made available to any third parties otherwise than with the consent of the user.
    3. The data provided in an on-line form are processed for the purposes resulting from the function of a specific form, e.g., in order to process a service request or commercial contact.

    1. Information about some user behavior is logged in the server layer.
    2. These data are used only to manage the website and to ensure the most efficient handling of the hosting services provided.
    3. Browsed resources are identified by URL addresses.
    4. Moreover, the following data may be recorded: time of the request arrival, time of sending the response, name of the client station – identification carried out by the HTTP protocol, information about errors that occurred during the implementation of the HTTP transaction, URL address of the page previously visited by the user (the referrer)  –  if the website was accessed via a link, information about the user’s browser, information about the IP address.

    6. The above data are used only for server administration purposes.
  7. Data share
    1. The data are made available to external entities only within the limits permitted by law.
    2. Data enabling the identification of a natural person are made available only with the consent of that person.
    3. The Administrator may be required to provide information collected by the Website to authorized bodies on the basis of lawful requests, but to the extent resulting from the request.
